Priscillia Seelan always knew her calling was in media. She followed that calling and graduated with a BA in Mass Communications from Curtin University of Technology in Perth and subsequently, an MA in Mass Communications from Texas State University in Texas. Her career has consisted mainly of radio production, having produced and hosted programs not only in Malaysia with and CapitalFM but also in London with LBC 97.3 and in the USA at KTSW in Texas and KCRW in Los Angeles. She is also a host of the online music platform, She is currently a content creator producing on various platforms including but not limited to podcasts and YouTube.

Stephen O’Regan is a founder of BalconyTV.Com – Music With A View, an online music channel that serves as a platform for up-and-coming artists and musicians. Founded on a Dublin balcony, BalconyTV is now produced in 50 cities around the world. BalconyTV has produced over 10,000 shows that have been watched over 50 million times. These include the likes of Grammy winners MumfordAndSons, and artists that have now found mainstream success since appearing on the channel like The Script, Ed Sheeran, and Jessie J just to name a few. In March 2014 BalconyTV was acquired by The Orchard, a film/tv and music distribution company. In this, the final episode of Startup 101, he discusses the what getting acquired actually means.
