In this episode, eFM’s Razif Hashim sits down with Nazri Jameson to discuss scrumptious North American BBQ, the turbulent world of the F&B industry, as well as his acclaimed BBQ joint, Beard Brothers BBQ. After hitting a dead end working in a variety of restaurants, Nazri felt like he didn’t know where to go next. That was when his brother-in-law suggested he looked into pulled meats. Just 4 years later, his restaurant, Beard Brothers’ has moved to a proper commercial lot in Tropicana Avenue in Petaling Jaya and serves full crowds on most evenings.
